"Maddie honestly felt like a second maid of honor"
Maddie has had a camera in her hand since her sister gave her a hand-me-down hot pink Barbie film camera when she was 4 years old. It's always felt like a natural extension of her to document the people and places around her. (She wishes her camera was still hot pink & Barbie).
Luke joined Maddie in capturing people's days almost by a happy accident. Working in the drone industry was a natural way to get his foot in the door and after his first wedding second shooting for Maddie when they were just two babies in college dating & in love, he jumped all in & learned everything he could about the craft.
But their real passion is making wedding days the most fun, easy, and comfy they could possibly be.

so we feel in love with our best friend & decided we wanted to be besties forever.
Maddie is from the suburbs of Chicago & Luke is from Central California. We met in college in Orange County, CA. & swore we wore just friends. We spent way too much time on the beach, explored new coffee shops, went to Disneyland every week, and surfed on the regular until after a while, we became the most important friend in each others lives.

we're currently spending most time in Chicago but still bouncing back & forth between the midwest & California.
We had a magical backyard garden wedding at Maddie's family lake house in Illinois & after a little honeymoon at the most magical place on Earth, we moved back to Newport Beach, CA. & lived right on the sand for the first two years of marriage. During the pandemic, we bought & renovated an RV & put 50,000 miles traveling around the country capturing love stories from coast to coast.

Where do we live?
destination weddings are by far our favorite thing to capture. so much fun & joy & love! We're all about vacation vibes.
- being "auntie maddie" & "uncle lukey" to our siblings & friends babies has been the best season & we mostly just travel to visit all of our fav babies in our time off
- ordering thai food & watching Ted Lasso, Parks & Rec, Brooklyn 99, Below Deck, Disney Vlogs on YouTube, Suits, The Office, or Gilmore Girls is our idea of a perfect night
- we love us some Disney parks & will pretty much find any excuse to go to both Disneyland & Disney World as much as we possibly can
- Luke loves his "fancy coffee" & Maddie likes black dark strong roasts
- Maddie's favorite color is pink & she has a wardrobe to prove it & Luke can't help but admire the sunset almost every night "Wow. Look at the sky." but everyday like its new.
